In a stunning victory for the First Amendment, 62-year-old Renea Gamble—affectionately known as “Aunt Tifa”—has defeated the state of Alabama. Arrested for protesting in a massive, inflatable phallic costume, Gamble argued that her “No Dick-Tator” ensemble was protected speech. The court agreed.
